Quit these habits if you love yourself





1.  Bottled water : 

     This is surprising but actually plastic bottles we buy contains many chemicals which leach into our water and very harmful. Bottle marked with the plastic code "7" is made of hard plastic. Avery good alternative of this is to drink from filter taps, it cost low and better for health.



2. Doing the same workout everyday : 

When it comes to workout you mostly get stick yourself to one or two types of exercise. By doing the same exercise your body gets used to it and muscles get familiar with that motion. Changing the workout routine daily will increase body endurance and make your workout sessions more interesting.When you switch your body work a little harder to keep in pace, which helps to burn more calories.   




3. Low-fat food : 

               In order to lose more and more weight, we start living on low-fat food. it is the most harmful thing we are doing with our body. Due to the intake of just fat-free diet, we ignore the basic nutritional needs of our body. Which leads to poor brain functioning, hormonal imbalance. It can also increase the risk of dispersion and anxiety. The main fat which our body needs are 
⦁ Saturated fats 
⦁ Monounsaturated fats 
⦁ Polyunsaturated fats.
 These fats  are very important for bones, protect lever damage and lowers blood pressure  


4.  Nutritional supplements:

            
             Due to our modern lifestyle, we skip our food and rely completely on diet supplements. in spite, of eating vitamins rich food we just take to tablets. This change in food habits is affecting our body so badly. for instance, excessive intake of vitamin c can cause allergy to asthmatics, and high dosage of iron and vitamin d can cause kidney failure. we should be very careful while taking these supplements. And replacing these supplements can be a very bad idea.    


5.  using sunglasses:


            Sunglasses are no doubt very good for your eyes but the only thing we need to take care of is they should be of good quality. Most of us just buy sunglasses without even checking whether they are  UVA/UVB protected or not. Actually, we don't need any sunglasses to protect our eyes it has a natural mechanism but wearing sunglasses without UV protection is very harmful.
